Located on the iconic Callejón del Agua, in the heart of the Santa Cruz quarter, this former annex of the Royal Alcázar offers an exclusive experience where tradition and comfort blend seamlessly with the magic of the past.
The rooms offer a variety of settings: some open onto the lush Andalusian courtyard, several with balconies; others face the ancient wall of the Royal Alcázar; and a few enjoy views of the Alcázar Gardens, so close that their light and greenery seem to enter the house.
The property also features majestic common areas —patio, lounges, and terraces—. On the rooftop, a small plunge pool offers a refreshing spot during the warmer months. The palace’s common areas —with the sole exception of the kitchen, reserved exclusively for staff— are available to guests from 09:00 to 22:00 to ensure the proper preservation and smooth operation of the house. The dining room may only be used within the services offered or arranged directly with the house.
