Estudio on the ground floor of the interior patio of a building located on Baños street (historic center). It is a bright, quiet and very pleasant studio with all its high-quality furniture. It has different areas, 1) a full kitchen with everything you may need. 2) An area with a dining table, a sofa area with a small table and Smart TV and another with the bed. It also has a full bathroom in another space within the loft. It also has a built-in closet where you can leave your clothes, suitcases, etc.It has air conditioning and high speed wifi. Inside the patio you can leave your bike if you want to have or rent one during your stay.
The loft does not have a washing machine, but we have a laundry a few meters away on Calle Jesus del Gran Poder nº 5, 200 meters away and 2 min walk.
The apartment is located on a perfect street to get to know the city, both its cultural and leisure area as well as the most monumental part of the city. In the same street you will find a butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger .... Just 20 meters away is the Plaza de la Gabidia where you will find 3 of the best restaurants in Seville for quality and price.
If you want to go to the Corte Ingles area, it is a few meters away, as is La Campana (emblematic area of the city). Being located in the center of the old town of Seville, all the surrounding neighborhoods can be reached on foot and arrive within 5 or 15 minutes such as Barrio Santacruz, Triana, El Arenal, or the Alameda area.
In short, an apartment where you will feel very well. With all the necessary services and with good qualities in the center of Seville.
