Comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, plus sofa bed in the living room. The location is perfect for walking around everywhere. Check-in online was easy, property management was very responsive and replies via messaging system on Hotels.com very promptly . and they have front desk during business hours during the day. The place also has washing machine which makes travel and stay convenient. Totally worth it. Totally recommend!

When we arrived, we found that there were no vehicles allowed in the area. The taxi dropped us off where we had to walk a few blocks, dragging our suitcases along cobblestone sidewalks. After we found out he could have dropped us off closer, only a 1-1/2 block walk. There was no mention in the property description about the no vehicle zone area. We were given a room that had an iced up freezer that needed defrosting. After complaining we were given another room.The bathroom sink was not in the bathroom, but was in the living area. The shower door opened out so having the shower mat on the floor was no good. The shower door should have been a sliding door. The water pressure was good, however the water temperature was scalding hot, very unsafe.The kitchen chairs should have felt glides on the legs. this would take away the noise of chairs being dragged across the floor as the person above us seemed to enjoy. The ironing board was a tiny hang on a rack, and use on a counter top. very inconvenient. The 2 sharp kitchen knives had bent tips, doesn't anyone check this stuff. The person above us stomped around like a moose, disturbing our sleep. On the last night, as we had to check out early, we asked the girl at the front desk if she could ask the tenant to walk softer. If she actually did it was to no avail. No broom.Overall the apartment is in a great location, the bed was comfortable & the shower was good, barring the door issue. Aicha was very helpful & pleasant to deal with.

Had a lovely few days, very central location with the main shops and restaurants nearby. The roof terrace pool was lovely and clean and open till midnight which was lovely after a hot day. Rooms were clean and modern. Would return

The apartment was excellent, spacious and clean and the location ideal for exploring the city. Easy check-in and code/app for the doors were easy to use. Lovely terrace and small pool to cool down was a bonus.

We had a lovely stay in a superior apartment. From the pre-arrival registration which was thorough to getting the online key it was well managed. This is a property without a physical reception however I emailed the online team several times with queries and they were so prompt and professional in responding. There was also the option to book lockers on departure - excellent option, cheap and really well managed all online. The property was excellent. Very clean, well equipped with iron, washing machine/powder, dishwasher/tablets, sparkling clean fridge and microwave. The bathrooms were excellent and clean. Aircon given heat was 43° was so good. The beds and pillows so comfy. Given we are in the centre of the historic and shopping area, so quiet and the location was super. No more than 6 mins walk to most attractions and all shopping and restaurants on our doorstep. The rooftop pool is small but nice but it was just too hot to spend too much time up there. The decor was nice inside the apartment and in the lobby areas. One bit of feedback is that the apartment could do with more hangers (only 4 between two rooms and 4 ladies!), better clothes storage would help, long length mirror would be good, wine glasses would help and more access to towels in apartment would be better but understand can ask staff cleaning. All in all we had a super enjoyable and relaxed stay in Slow Suites Salvador and when I come back to Seville, this will be the only accommodation I look to book.

Lovely room and area! Also loved having washing machine as we had been traveling for over a week with much clothing needing washed. Do not forget to read check-in instructions as there is no front desk, it is all self check in.
