Everything was in great working order and beautifully decorated. Appreciated their quick action to get the hot tub fixed at the start of our stay without prompting from us. My only suggestion for something to address is that some of the internal doors do not close properly (catch on the floor).

This condo is spectacular! Location, location, location! Views of the old Tobacco Factory out front, (now the University Faculty of Science) and out back views of the Gardens from the Alcázar! Just magnificent. The place was spotless and well appointed. The hot tub was just lovely. Truly elegant, yet very cozy and comfortable. Guillermo was lovely, meeting us upon our arrival and showed us everything in the condo. What great service. They even arranged flowers and wine for my husband’s 60th birthday as well as a welcome treat. So thoughtful.
