Nice hotel, though didnt realise would be as big as it was, we were on 10th floor of 13. Good size room, shower ok, could do with modernising. About 20mins walk to centre of seville. Received free bottle of fizz due to vip status, however was only a mini size between 2, whereas previous hotel in granada (an independent smaller hotel) gave a full size bottle. Was my birthday while there & was given free browie which was a nice touch. We didnt have breakfast buffet (not included in room rate) but did have drinks couple of times & breakfast 1 morning in ground floor cafe bar which were good & reasonable price

Hotel/room was clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is outside city center but short walk to nearby tram station. Best to recommend high floor and room not next to the elevator to avoid noise. Breakfast had good variety. Cafe downtown stairs had good food, but costly, and limited selection.

Old hotel, dim rooms, sad hvac and draining in bathroom. Must climb a huge, slippery tub to shower. Bad location. Hit or miss staff. Not 4star. Cheap amenities. No conditioner.
