Good hotel

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient location to visit plaza de Espana. Ease access to transportation. The hotel has a dining place. On the other hand there not that many restaurants near by.

Nice hotel, extremely poor food.

We were half board and the food was terrible. Limited options but the food tasted warmed up or must have been ready meals, we actually dreaded going and opted to eat out instead. Floor in the room was really dirty, wearing white socks to walk around the room was really unpleasant to see the dirt underneath just moving to the bathroom. Toilet paper not replenished. Coffee machines at breakfast broken every other day, flies on the cakes at breakfast. Rooms were nice, bed quite comfortable and modern decor but I would not recommend having meals at all.

Lovely hotel with great food, staff, design and quiet when windows are closed. On the downside the beds are not the most comfortable and are small when choosing twin beds, room service can be random (giving one set of toiletries for two persons or not replacing some items).
