We were on a 3 week trip in Europe and this hotel was the only one I considered to be below average. We had clearly stated preferences in our reservation for a quiet room not facing the street and 2 beds. The room we were given did not honor either request, however, they ultimately switched out the beds so that we did have 2. The noise from the street below, however, was quite loud including people talking and laughing plus vehicle noise. At one point a delivery van pulled across from the hotel and proceeded to deliver about 100 or so cases filled with bottles to the property across the way. We heard clanging with each and every one. The noise did die down at approximately 1:00 am both night but, for the price of the room, it shouldn’t have been necessary to wait until then to sleep. The hotel’s location is good, but I cannot recommend it due to the noise unless they can assign a better room than we had.

Lovely hotel, great staff and great location. Be aware that all rooms windows overlook internal courtyards making room's natural light quite limited. Although I initially was concerned about this, especially being on the ground floor, there were no issues and I still had a great stay.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Modern and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Only slight loss of points was they had forgotten to refill our bath/shower supplies the first night, but we got some from the front desk and it was remedied the next day in the room. Also, be sure to modulate your shower pressure (water pressure is excellent), on full blast you will end up a wet bathroom floor. Dialing it back solved the issue. Overall great hotel!

Hotel in a good location. Check in was a breeze and the reception staff were so friendly. That’s it. strong smell was constant in the bathroom. Power was tripping off and on throughout the night resetting the ac every few minutes. The reception staff just did not pick up the phone. They also told Expedia that power supply was great. I am sure the previous guests would have complained about the smell and power tripping but didn’t care enough to get it sorted. Limited tea supplies even after requesting. We had a great check in but rest all were so below average. We had a bad day thanks to the hotel. Please avoid room 002 if you want a good night sleep 2* because of the check in

The room has had a strange smell since I first walked in. Also the fan in the bathroom was really loud and cannot be turned off, so I had to keep the bathroom door shut in order to fall asleep. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, so you'd have to walk with your luggage for a block. It could be an inconvenience for people with large suitcases.

Great location

Excellent location for getting around the city. We had a deluxe room which wasn’t as spacious as those shown on the website, but it was big enough. We were only there for 3 nights but for any longer there would have been a lack of storage space. Bed was too hard for us so didn’t sleep that well unfortunately but that’s personal taste. Lovely decor and friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on food.

Hotel Cetina is a true gem! Front desk personnel went above and beyond providing excellent service and area recommendations. Room was spacious and equipped with all the necessities of home. Location is central and walkable to all top attractions with a variety of food options nearby. What stands out most and was truly unexpected was the "to go" breakfast they prepared for us due having to catch our flight home before the kitchen opened! I highly recommend staying at Hotel Cetina for your visit to Seville.
