EVA RECOMMENDS invites you to stay in our bright and modern three-bedroom apartment in the San Lorenzo neighborhood.
The apartment is on the second floor of the building and does not have an elevator. The apartment has an area of 125 m2 so you can enjoy your stay in a spacious, comfortable and bright space, since it has large windows that face the outside and allow the apartment to have excellent natural light.
It is distributed in a living room, an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and three bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, both with private bathroom equipped with shower, soap of hands, gel and shampoo.
Finally, it consists of a third room that becomes a charming independent studio with a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a small integrated kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the apartment has heating, centralized air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
