Located on a historic street in the city where the defensive wall of the city centre was located. From its location, the entire historic centre of the city is within walking distance. Las Setas, El Salvador, the old walls, the Basilica of La Macarena, the baroque jewel of San Luís de los Franceses, Santa Marina, San Marcos, the market on Calle Feria or the Alameda are adjacent to the house. The Cathedral and the Giralda can be reached in a lovely 15-minute walk.
The area has all the services: health centre, pharmacy, ATM, food market, bakery, hardware store, old grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
The house is located in a quiet building with 16 apartments. Ours is located on the first floor. The building is characterised by its tranquillity and independence despite its central location facing Avenida María Auxiliadora. It has a large living room with a three-seater sofa that is also a bed, a TV and a window overlooking the street, a dining room for 4 people, a fully equipped independent kitchen, new from 2024, a bathroom with an accessible shower and a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen and the bedroom overlook a communal patio, which is for exclusive use and is useful for storing bicycles. The bathroom is accessible for both rooms.
Most of the appliances and fixtures in the home are new or brand new.
During your stay you will have the services of Sevilla en Movimiento, a company specialising in housing and tourism management in Seville and Andalusia. They will be available for anything you need during your stay.
