Theater Room, Game Room, Location, and Hot Tub!!

"A Bear Endeavor" is a spacious 3-level cabin. The main level consists of a King suite with jetted tub and vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen. This level also has a deck with an eating area and a new grill. The second level is another King Suite and laundry closet at the top of the stairs. The basement includes a half bath, game room, and an updated theater room. There are sleeper sofas in the Game Room and the Theater Room. There's another deck on this level with an eating area and hot tub.

Our cabin is located in the Sky Harbor neighborhood, so there are other cabins in the surrounding area. The roads are CURVY, NARROW, and STEEP mountain roads. There is a steep incline near the cabin that is avoidable (instructions in check-in message), but once you go up it, you'll be a pro.

Guest access
Two days before your arrival, I will message you with a key code along with your check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

Other things to note:
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 Person Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- No Pets
-There are neighbors - please be considerate!

-Quiet hours begin at 9:30pm and are strictly enforced. If you anticipate needing a space for late-night activities, please consider booking another cabin that is more suitable for your needs.

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- You will likely see and hear critters!

- Do. Not. Feed. Bears.

-Do not leave food outside in your car, on the porch, decks, or hot tub as bears will always find it. Lock all doors, even car doors at all times.

- The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

-No discounts for booking.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are not provided.

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $100 and will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

-There is a security camera on front porch that shows the front door. This will be on during your stay for your protection.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
Don't miss out on recreational opportunities including a water park and a hot tub. Additional features at this cabin include an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.

The host is serious when she talks about the mountain roads, it took a few trips into town and back before I was more comfortable with driving up the mountain to the cabin. But once you get there, it’s gorgeous! The space is clean, the beds are comfortable, the teens loved the basement. It was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again!

This cabin is amazing. It is very clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With the movie room, pool table, game tables and hot tub - there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. Breanne was very responsive to our questions. Great cabin and great location. We did get to see bears around the cabin so that was really fun and exciting. Owners were so easy to work with and sent us all the info we needed in advance. My kids LOVED the pool table and air hockey and the theater room( HUGE TV)was perfect for hooking up xbox and Nintendo switch to play and everyone had a recliner to sit in. Don't look any further this is the place you want to stay!!

Absolutely Amazing

We will never forget this stay at this amazing cabin. My husband and I did want to leave and our children had a blast. They could not stay out of the game room! Our beds were super comfy and everything was nice and clean. The jacuzzi was lovely, the washer and dryer was convenient. We celebrated our oldest son’s 12th Birthday which is now something he will never forget.

Home away from home

This was a great spot to “come home” after being out and about for the day. It is close to activities in both pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but not so close that you can’t get away from it. Beautiful house and scenery and very relaxing!

Relaxing Cabin Getaway A Bear!

My family and I had a nice relaxing stay in the cabin, booking it as a last minute getaway while vacationing, visiting family, and celebrating our anniversary/Father’s Day. Cabin is as described. Communication was great with the property manager; very friendly and responsive. The kids LOVED the air hockey table in the game room, and enjoyed lounging in the theater room. The beds have memory foam pad mattresses on them which provided a very comfortable sleep every night of our stay. While we were packing the vehicle to leave we encountered one of the local bears making their morning rounds! We quickly went inside and remotely closed the trunk…the beeping from locking the doors sent him on his way, though he did look pretty disappointed he missed out on our treats This cabin met all our needs. 100% recommend & would stay again.*The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars was because I felt the outdoor furniture could have used the same attention as the indoor. With it being a heavily wooded area and very damp, the furniture had a thick film and even moss growing on some of the chairs. Though the weather was pretty hot and muggy, I would have liked the option of sitting or dining outside.

Honeymoon Getaway

We stayed from Saturday to Friday and had a great visit to Tennessee for our honeymoon! The cabin was great with everything you could need and within distance of Pigeon Forge for food to be delivered! Overall a great experience and memories we’ll never forget!
