Top Level: One bedroom with one king size bed with a full sized bathroom, One queen size sofa sleeper in the loft/game area, shares bathroom with separate entrance with bedroom.

Main Level: Two bedrooms with one king size bed in each, Two full size bathrooms, One queen size sofa sleeper in the living room with a half bath for the common area

Lower Level: Private home theater with two sets of custom made bunk beds and one full bathroom.
