Welcome to your Smoky Mountains home base just outside Sevierville. This cabin sleeps up to 12 and puts you within easy reach of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood—plus a private hot tub and seasonal resort pool to enjoy back at home.



The Space:

Designed for easy gathering and downtime between mountain adventures, this 3-bedroom cabin offers 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms across multiple levels. The vibe is relaxed and family-friendly, with a game room for evening fun and balconies off each bedroom for a quiet cup of coffee.

Unwind in the private hot tub, challenge the crew to a round of pool, and fire up the BBQ grill for a simple at-home meal. Bedrooms feature smart TVs, and there’s WiFi plus a laptop-friendly workspace when you need to plug in. A washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze. You’ll also have access to the Grand View Resort outdoor pool (seasonal).

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking (including for trailers) may be available at the resort entrance on a first come, first served basis.

• Pool access: Guests have access to the Grand View Resort outdoor pool. It is open seasonally as weather permits, generally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Stairs: The home has stairs; please see photos for reference.

• Connectivity: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty in the area.

• Security: One exterior camera is located on the front deck and actively monitors the driveway.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning charges.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home.

• Traveling with a larger group? Ask about booking the neighboring cabin, Ava’s Hideaway, for more space.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
