This was a last minute booking for one night, but this little jewel quickly has taken the go to spot for me when I travel to this area. I almost don't want to write a great review because I don't want it to be all booked up when I need it! Not the most modern but that's part of the charm, plus super comfy, clean and affordable. Can't wait to return ❤️

Staff was to arrogant and rude and after you drive 6 hours to the property you do not want to have any more problems but other than that it was good and another staff didn’t come in and clean and make up bed everyday.

Mountain aire merts all my needs when visiting sevierville/gatlinburg. The rooms are clean, bug free and quiet. No breakfast is included but the rooms have fridge and microwave so you prepare your own. Highly recommend this location.

Everything was good until we ask for a plunger, it took two hours and I finally had to go get it . She said she forgot. She needs help at night it is not safe for a woman to be by herself.

The room was spacious for the price. My room was clean. If your looking for a fancy hotel this isnt it. This is a older motel but clean and I can sleep for the few hours I need to get back on the road. I would come back here for the price to save on money.

I only stopped in to sleep, so I didn't experience much of the property. Room is tiny, but clean. Towels are thick. Front desk was friendly at both check in and check out.
