OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Every booking includes a non-refundable $60 Damage Coverage Insurance Fee. You will have the peace of mind that you will not be charged for any unintentional damage done to the property during your stay.

* Three security cameras on the premises, one over the front door and two overlooking the parking area and driveway. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cameras are for your protection and ours!

* The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the woods or in the driveway do not go near it or feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

* Cookware is provided. No Zip Locks, foil, oil, sprays, or condiments provided.
Starter hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels, and a garbage bag for each trashcan are provided. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional supplies that are needed for your stay. There are a couple grocery stores within a few miles from the cabin.

* Consuming Alcohol while In the Hot Tub is DANGEROUS! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO unsupervised children allowed in the hot tub!

* No late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

* No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

* Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will likely be asked to leave.

* NO open flames allowed inside the cabin including candles. This is for your safety and the safety of the other cabins in the area!

* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE CABIN!! Ash buckets are provided on the outside decks for smoking outside...

* Please no littering in or around the cabin!

Great cabin with plenty of space! Each floor had a bedroom and a bathroom. There lots to do with a pool table, hot tub, theater room, and arcade. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, etc. the views are great and it is convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, minutes to major attractions!

We have a fabulous stay! The cabin was spacious with everything we needed and more. Our kids loved the pool table and the movie theater. It was mountainside and secluded-feeling, while still just a short drive to everything we wanted to do which was so helpful! Hopefully Santa brings us a trip back to this cabin again some time

Lovely stay with great amenities. Matthew and Angie were very prompt with communication. The house was decorated for Christmas and It was magical! The road to get to the cabin is not bad at all for a mountain road. Ample parking and loads of rooms - this house had something for everyone in our group - adults, a teen, pre-teens, and an 8 yr old. Thank you!

I loved everything about this cabin. It was thoroughly cleaned, large, cozy and felt safe. The parking was plenty for 2 vehicles. I'm sure it could easily fit 3 or 4 vehicles. Location was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I liked that the cabin was far enough away from other cabins. It felt like we were secluded in the woods. The road to the cabin was narrow and steep in some areas so keep that in mind and plan to drive an appropriate vehicle. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Perfectly located in the middle of everything to do and see in the area. I will miss having my morning coffee and looking out at the stunning view on the back porch. We enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It's conveniently located right in the middle between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, giving us quick access to all the activities we wanted to do. We loved the mountain view every morning while drinking our coffee, and the pool table was a big hit with everyone, allowing us to wind down in the evening before bed. It was our perfect home away from home for vacation!

Paradise in the mountains witha a convenient location!

I was a little worried about the roads getting to the cabin, but it wasnt bad at all. This cabin is located less than 5 minutes from the main parkway and is centrally located to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We even seen a bear in the middle of the road that the cabin was located one. Beautiful views and a absolutely adorable cabin

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We loved the hot tub, movie room, games, and living room. Beautiful views off back porch. Great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Owners were great with communication and available to help if we needed it. We had no issues.
