This property is unusual in the fact that the beach in front is very deep and contains several large, old trees that provide an enormous amount of shade to the beach. This can be good or not, depending on how much shade one wants. It is in a great location and within walking distance to Camana Bay. The sea in front of this property is great for swimming. One has to be very careful when renting along seven mile beach as properties further south or north can be very rocky, which makes it treacherous to swim in those locations.
