A brief tour of the accommodation: A spacious 60 m² living room with an 8-seater sofa for relaxation; fully equipped open-plan kitchen with large bay windows overlooking the garden. It's an idyllic setting for your vacation! On the ground floor, you'll find the first master suite with a large walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom opening onto the private garden. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed and 2 single double beds) opening onto a large terrace with a covered outdoor lounge, very peaceful with a view of the park. The second master suite (queen-size bed) is also very quiet and spacious with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom featuring an Italian-style shower. The house is beautifully decorated in a modern industrial style and fully equipped for maximum comfort. Villa Cristal is located 50 meters from direct access to the park and beaches. Perfect for a family holiday! 3 secure parking spaces with a motorized gate. We also provide 8 bicycles, pool games, and pétanque balls. Bed linen and towels are included. Villa Cristal is located at the corner of the villas on the first line overlooking the beach of Villeroy. Just 50 meters from the beaches with direct access to the park and the beaches. 3 parking spaces available and 8 bikes in a closed garage. A member of our family will welcome you to the accommodation and hand over the keys. We are available throughout your stay and ready to assist you if needed. The villa is 5 minutes from the beach, accessible on foot or by bike. The shops are less than 10 minutes by car. The bakery is just outside Villeroy, 10 minutes by bike. The beach restaurants are just in front of the villa and the other restaurants next to the hotel a little further up the road (5 minutes by car). 20 minutes from the train station and 50 minutes from the airport. Household fees included. End of rental cleaning and bedding set with large and small towels included.
