Magnificent mini villa measuring 40m² with a 14.22m² terrace overlooking gardens, accommodating up to 4 people with all the comforts needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It is located in a small semi-pedestrianized residence, ideal for families, hikers, or those seeking a peaceful stay who love nature and our magnificent landscapes.

The residence offers access to a heated swimming pool with sea views at the beginning (from May) and end of the season (from September to early November) with deckchairs and a children's beach.

Numerous coves and beaches are accessible on foot or 5 minutes by car, restaurants are within walking distance, and there are many hiking trails right outside the residence.

The mini villa comprises:

- a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed (new mattress), radiator, cupboard and storage space, window overlooking the gardens, bed linen included in the booking with beds made on arrival.

- a separate toilet,

- a shower room with a spacious walk-in shower, sink unit and lighted mirror, hair dryer and radiator, towels included with the reservation

- a main room with:

an air-conditioned relaxation area (reversible) with a new 140x190 convertible sofa bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, deck chairs, lounge furniture and access through the bay window to the terrace with garden views.

A new, fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plenty of storage space.

- The terrace invites you to relax with two areas: one for convivial meals with a table and four chairs, a pergola, and on the other side, a relaxation area with two deckchairs and an electric plancha grill.

A welcome kit is provided at each rental entrance, including everything you need to get started during your stay.

A welcome book with lots of information about the region and useful addresses will be at your disposal.

No smoking and pets are allowed at an additional cost if they are well-behaved and clean.

A key box is available to give you access to the accommodation. The code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
