This is our brand new home. We received the key from the developer in February 2018. It is among the nearest to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Here are some details on this beautiful home:
• Low density residential area, so you have plenty of privacy. Outdoor playground for kids only few meters away.
• 4 bedrooms.
• 3 bathrooms.
• 2,100 sq ft of indoor living space.
LIVING ROOM with an air conditioner, a 42” flat screen TV, satellite TV (Astro) and large couches.
DINING AREA comes with a dining table and 6 chairs.
MASTER BEDROOM: Upstairs Master Bedroom has an extra long king bed with comforter and 4 pillows, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, garment rack, it’s own bathroom stocked with shower gel, shampoo, towels and a hair dryer, and a balcony that overlooks the front of the house.
BEDROOM 2: Upstairs with queen bed, full sized comforter and 4 pillows, garment rack, ceiling fan, shared bathroom stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and towels.
BEDROOM 3: Upstairs with queen bed, full sized comforter and 4 pillows, garment rack, ceiling fan, shared bathroom stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and towels.
