The hotel is right next to Yongsan Station and extremely clean. The view from the room was fantastic too. I stay here every time I visit Yongsan.

Overall, we had a lovely stay! The room was very clean and nice, and the staff were all pleasant and kind. The location is also superb- the cafe on the first floor and convenience store in the basement only added to the experience! There was no free breakfast included with the stay so I cant comment on that. The only drawback was that the bed wasn’t super comfortable. The pillows were flattened out super quickly, and the sheets felt quite scratchy.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room itself was spacious and clean, it's also very convenient that there's a GS25 in the basement level that's open 24hrs. Location wise, I thought this was a decent location as it was close to a subway station, as well as a large mall, and has some good food options nearby as well.

My stay at Nine Tree Premier ROKAUS was excellent, and made my first trip to Seoul really stand out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a modern design. The staff were very helpful and polite, and went over and above to provide excellent service, even helping to resolve some minor inconveniences even when they weren't obliged to help. Would recommend staying here, and would definitely return if I could. Oh, and the convenience store in B1 was super nifty...just that it's unmanned from 12am-6am, so one needs a Korean-issued credit card to enter the store then (even though payment can be made with any credit card).

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating! The front desk associate Jung-Yun was especially helpful. She arranged for transportation on two occasions so that we could get to destinations on a timely basis. She explained everything very clearly and made sure all of our needs were fulfilled.
