The staff are excellent. They were so quick to help us with our bags and were so polite. Hotel room was spacious and everything looked modern. The reason for 3 stars:
1. Our bathroom drain smelled so there was an unpleasant sewer like odor the whole time. I called to get it cleaned but never heard back and it may be something the staff could not address.
2. Soundproofing is not good. You can hear door slams and kids in corridors. Our neighbor happened to be very loud and to the hotel’s credit, the hotel staff got them to quieten down. But it was not a pleasant experience.
3. Though the hotel is new, some areas were obviously not built to quality. The drain smell is one and the other is loose fixtures. It’s never nice to wake up to your phone not fully charged because the outlet was loose.
It didn’t really feel truly 5 Star so if you book, you may have to temper your expectations.
