I would it definitely come back to this hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and accommodating staff. In fact, while I was there the owner, Kevin, was by chance working the front desk and was incredibly helpful. The location Insa Dong, Seoul was perfect. It was short walking distance to the Insa dong pedestrian shopping street which was lined with fantastic shops, restaurants, and cafés. The small alleyways were so much fun to explore. It was also just a 20 minute walk to the main palace. Gyeongbokgung. The hotel and the area were all very charming. In fact, the owner went out of his way to explain to me that the name of the, Sunbee, means scholar in English because this is the area where the scholars that were attached to the palace lived. Altogether a most pleasant experience.!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent! Great shopping and restaurants minutes away. Even as vegans we found a number of great options. Walkable (about 20-25 minutes) to other attractions like Myeongdong Night Market. The bed was super comfortable. The free laundry facility helped us transition to our next destination with a refreshed wardrobe.

This hotel is a real gem. It’s conveniently located, just a stone throw away from the wonderful Insadong main shopping area which is packed full of cultural interests, restaurants and local stores. The hotel itself has a really good vibe. We enjoyed getting in and out of the building, and always felt great to step foot in it after an outing. Everything in the room worked really well. It was late August the weather was really hot. The air con in the well proportioned room was a godsend. The beds in our family room were so comfy, we all had very good sleep. All the staff members we met were lovely and helpful. So glad we chose this hotel, it made our trip to Seoul even more memorable.

Perfect location close to main attractions in Seoul. Friendly and helpful staff. Room not very spacious (we were 2 adults and 2 children), but confortable, it had everything we needed. Free laundry that was great for us. Good price. Highly recommended.

I like this hotel. The staff was very friendly and can speak English. They gave us many helpful suggestions about where we can go to eat, how to get to the bus and metro station and how to call taxi to the airport. The room was big and clean. This was a clean, convenient and quiet property with friendly staff who spoke excellent English. I felt safe and welcome at all times. I appreciated how easy and convenient it was to get to shops, tourist sites, and transport (buses and subway). I will return to Seoul and will definitely stay here again!
