최악의 숙박경험

관리자의 서비스가 너무 엉망이였어요. 책임감없는 행동으로 편안하게 쉬고 가야 할 숙소에서 잔뜩 스트레스만 받고 가네요. 고객의 불편함에 대해 전혀 나몰라라 하는식으로 상업적인 돈만 밝히는 관리자의 태도에 상당히 기분 나빠서 최악의 평을 주고 싶네요. 주차불가사항도 처음엔 안내가 없어서 당연히 숙박하면 주차가 될거라 생각했는데 (이후에 호텔스닷컴에 항의했더니 주차불가라고 다시 수정했음)안된다고하면서 하려면 돈을 1일 주차 2만원씩 요구해서 불쾌했는데 알아보니깐 여기 시스템이 입주자에게 무료로 방문객주차티켓이 있는걸로 아는데 개인 돈벌이식으로 돈을 더 받으려고 했더라구요. 게다가 에어컨이 고장이 났는지 10분시원하다가 더워져서 전혀 잠을 잘수가 없는데 관리자에게 문의했더니 선풍기하나 갖다주겠다고...너무 어의가 없었네요 결국 저희가 관리실에 직접 문의하고 알아보고 난리쳐서 남은 기간 지낼수 있었는데 생각할수록 관리자의 응대방법이 최악이였어요 이런 관리자가 숙박시설을 운영하는 자체가 자질이 전혀 없다고 생각합니다. 더이상 저희처럼 이런 피해자가 없길 바랍니다

Отличное место для посещения Ltte World

Удобно добраться прямым рейсом экспресс автобуса из аэропорта. Превосходное расположение. В здании на первом этаже пекарня, starbucks и прочие магазинчики. Через дорогу Lotte Word. Номер удобный, чистый, большой.
