It's a really basic area. I stayed in a room with two beds, but it was more like a raised area from the floor with two mattresses. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and serves as a shower too.

Ok...so it was cheap and in a good location, and those were the things that mattered most. Sinchon station is super close and that meant all of Seoul was accessible. Aside from that, the room was small, most of it was a plywood platform for the beds that was a little dingy. A lamp, coat stand/drying rack and side table were all broken, and there was mold in the caulk around the window and in the bathroom. The bathroom was a wet bath with just a sliding glass door separating it from the rest of the room, so I hope you're comfortable with your roommate. Standing room for one person only. Additionally, I only saw somebody at reception one time. Maybe they worked there, maybe they walked in off the street. Who knows. No security (but Seoul is generally safe). Check in involved calling and picking your keys out of the check out basket. Check out involved throwing your keys in the check out basket. I did see cleaning staff a couple of times, so rooms ARE being cleaned between guests. No daily cleaning, which is fine for a guest house. I did not see bedbugs or get bites that I noticed. Walls are paper thin. Heard somebody having a "good time" all night long three rooms away. Street noise through the window. Not accessible for those with disabilities- walk up several flights only. What else can be said about it? It just depends on your travel priorities.

I stayed here as a solo traveler for the single room. I used to stay in 24 guesthouse in other outlets I.e Seoul and it was really value for money. The photos are deceiving - the floor is dirty and the blankets are stained. Would not recommend this outlet.

Do yourself a favour and dont bother staying here. Really will be worth spending that little more and keep your time in Korea a good one. Tried to check in, nobody at the reception. Had to go find the owner/ staff? Chilling in the common area on another level. Then i get told that there are no single rooms (which i had booked) left, so id be put in a dorm to myself. Dorm was not clean, a lot of dust and certainly not the room i booked. Basically catfished. Worker seemed to not have a care in the world. If i was in the positon to, i wouldve left right away. Checked out the very next morning. Expedias response to this was also pretty dissapointing.

Good location

It was good. Room isn't big but enough for two. Towels are provided but they smell bad.. the room is comfortable for me but there is a lot of dust. The staff was helpful but they disappear after 9:30pm when I wanted to ask them about the heating. That night it was freezing in my room. The location is very good. 1-2 minutes walk from sinchon station which is only 1 station to hongdae. Also near to the bus stop if you want to take the bus instead. Easy to travel around. If I go to Korea next time, I would definitely consider to stay here again. The price is cheap too.

The location of the property is great that it's easy to get to. Though there is no lift in the property, it is fine for me 'cos I was only carrying a small luggage and I believe it'll be fine as well to those travelling light or only with a backpack.

Good location, but quite run-down. Room also did not have the washing machine as shown in the picture. I asked for a room with that washing machine and they said that I had to pay KRW48,000 for another room that has that washing machine. Poor experience, overall, and the bathroom is absolutely tiny! No space to even turn around and do note that shampoo and body wash is provided in big bottles rather than the small disposable ones — it really makes one question the hygiene levels. Also note that this property does not have an elevator — it makes going up the 6 rounds of staircase extremely tiring especially if you have a large suitcase. The check-in "counter" also closes at 10PM, so do take note if you will be arriving in Seoul late at night.
