Description: The accommodation, recently renovated, is located in a residential area on the first floor. It has a lift, which is accessed by three steps. At the entrance we find a comfortable hallway - living room with double sofa bed and balcony overlooking a large green area with a children\'s playground - eat-in kitchen overlooking the park equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, induction hobs - Bedroom with double bed equipped with linens, open wardrobe, flat-screen TV and folding single bed - bathroom with window with toilet, shower, hairdryer and necessary linens. Access to Wi-Fi.
The accommodation is extremely quiet both for its location (far from the main road, the railway and on the edge of a large green park) and for new triple-glazed windows; tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort; for its structural insulation and its exposure it enjoys a pleasant and enjoyable internal climate in all seasons.
