Booked a room with a Partial Lake View but on arrival was allocated a room facing the rear of the property and overlooking a car park (the opposite direction to the lake). Property was generally shabby and nothing like the advertised photos. I declined to stay as it was of a very poor standard

The lake view is nice. The water is very high right now and so there is no beachfront (which is reportedly the case at most properties).
