Located in a typical hamlet by the sea, 100 meters from the beach and coastal paths (47 km).
A nearby nature reserve and marshes offer walking, cycling and bird watching. You can also go to the discovery of the Gulf Islands (island of Arz, monks' island ...). The city of Vannes and its historic heart are 10 minutes by car.
The cottage is adjoining on one side. Its surface is about 60 square meters. From the course in front you enter the kitchen-living room which serves upstairs a room with a bed 160, a bathroom and toilet. A veranda at the back of the living room provides access to the enclosed garden and the second room away from the first (bed 140). A small path will take you to the beach from the house.
Linen (40 €) and cleaning (60 €) are optional to order before the stay.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

La casa es ideal, coqueta y sencilla. Tiene todo lo indispensable para disfrutar de unos dias de descanso. Sus gruesas paredes permiten que este fresca en los calores del verano. El silencio del lugar te permiten descansar. La cama de matrimonio es grande y comoda, algo indispensable para nosotros. Frédéric nos aconsejo sobre lugares para visitar y donde hacer las compras, ha sido encantador.

petite maison atypique, pleine de charme, confortable et bien équipée. La literie est excellente . La véranda et le jardin sont très agréables.La maison est au calme et idéalement placée ( plage et sentiers côtiers à proximité immédiate, Vannes à quelques minutes de voiture) . Région magnifique. Excellent accueil et charmante location .region magnifique

Nous avons apprecie chaque moment passé dans cette petite maison pleine de charme. Très calme. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec une brioche .Très gentille attention. La maison est confortable et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. C est certain que nous y reviendrons ,le golfe du Morbihan ne nous a pas livré tous ses secrets!

Parfait !

Impeccable en tous points. Le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible, la propreté irréprochable et le logement est très bien équipé. De plus il est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied d'une plage familiale et proche de Vannes. Nous ne pouvions pas mieux tomber. Merci

Cette petite maison de pêcheur en pierre est idéalement située, à moins de 150 mètres de la plage.

Maison bien équipée. Il manque peut-être un four classique, en complément du four micro-ondes. La région est très agréable, mais attention aux moustiques qui sont petits et coriace.

Petite maison très bien placée à 5min à peine à pied de la plage. La maison est comme décrite dans l'annonce, très propre et très fonctionnelle. Frédéric a été très arrangeant pour toute la logistique arrivée/départ. Une adresse à garder et que nous recommandons !
