Come and discover Haut Ségala in this charming little house called: 'The 30s'. You will be conquered by the place, with especially the proximity of the lake of Tolerme. A stone's throw from the water, time stands still to admire the lake but also the surrounding landscape. Hiking, fishing, leisure activities... many activities await you. A relaxing holiday in a green and preserved setting! Access to the gite by a few steps. On the ground floor: separate living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and separate wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 1 bed 0.90m), shower room and a balcony overlooking the garden. Gas central heating. Outside, terrace with gazebo and open ground. Parking and table tennis shared with another gite, the GR1554V. Access to the lake on foot and free for tenants. For heating there is 3m³ included per day and a supplement of 3.35€ per additional m³.
