Enjoyed our stay at Villa Lumbung . Lovely big property, off the street so peaceful and quiet. Pool area clean and inviting for swim. Nice breakfast with a changing menu each morning. Would stay again.

The rooms had not been refurbed for tens of years and were dirty. We didn’t want to sit on some of the chairs. The sink was disgusting. The whole hotel needs work. The service/restaurant and grounds staff were delightful.

Someone in the pool labeled it ‘a bit tired’ but we both agreed it was so charming and convenient we’d come back again. Nice breakfast buffet, especially if you’re fond of cats ( wandering around not being cooked)

Place is very old and extremely dirty. Bed sheets had visible stains, room filled with dead worms and roaches, I also found a lizard under my pillow. When I spoke to the staff, they didn’t have any answers. I ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night and booking elsewhere.
