The property is located on the outskirts of the small village of Selva in the centre of the island and by car you can quickly reach everywhere. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are available for the greatest comfort and relaxation of guests after a pleasant walk or hike through the incredible and beautiful Tramuntana mountains. The property has air conditioning in all rooms and in the dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, barbecue and private pool.

Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday on a farm near the typical Mallorcan village "Selva". The village has around 3,500 inhabitants and is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, about 5 km north of the village "Inca" and northwest of the island's capital "Palma de Mallorca". The village is built on a hill and next to the church there is a stepped path that goes up the mountain from where you can enjoy a wonderful view. There are several cafés and restaurants around the market. The village invites you to stroll peacefully, away from tourism and hustle and bustle.
