Welcome to our beautiful Villa – Villa Sa Fontasa, located in the charming village of Moscari!



Nestled in the peaceful Mallorcan countryside, Moscari is a hidden gem: a small, picturesque village that preserves the authentic essence of the island. With its cobbled streets, traditional stone houses, and breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains, Moscari offers the perfect retreat away from the tourist crowds, yet close to everything you may need.



Surrounded by Mediterranean flowers and native plants, Villa Sa Fontasa welcomes you to your luxurious holiday home in the heart of nature. As you arrive at the property, you'll find a covered terrace right in front of the main entrance — the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.



Upon entering, you’ll notice the abundance of natural light that fills the entire house. To your right, there is a bathroom with a shower, and just past a pair of charming wooden doors, you’ll find a double bedroom with air conditioning.



The bright and airy living-dining room is also bathed in natural light. To the right of the dining area is the house’s magical rustic kitchen, full of character and charm. From here, a door leads to another covered patio and to the lovely private pool — perfect for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun.



Upstairs, you’ll discover a second, very spacious living room with a large terrace offering spectacular mountain views — a magical space where nature takes center stage.



On this upper floor, there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and another double bedroom with air conditioning. This bedroom has direct access to the large terrace — a real treat!



Please note: The living rooms on both the main and upper floors do not have air conditioning. If you wish to use the fireplace during the winter months, there is an additional charge of €60 for the firewood.



To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!
