The staff were all very friendly and polite. And the hotel has very beautiful with lovely amenities. When I go back to Iceland I will definitely stay again! Loved the spa the most , was in there daily!!!

The upgraded room was fantastic. It did cost us a little more but oh so worth it. Huge jetted tub and heated floors in the bathroom were amazing.

The contactless check in and check out is pretty awesome. Staff were there whenever we had a question though. The location is perfect to explore south coast as well as golden circle. Loads of free parking spaces in street, though I think the hotel would benefit with getting some more dedicated parking spaces than it currently has, because it does get a bit busy. Would definitely stay next time we go Reykjavík

This hotel is conveniently located just outside of the tourist shopping and dining district (less than 5 min walk). It is also located right in front of Bus Stop 12. Most tours have an option to pick up and drop off here, as well as Fly bus the airport transfer bus. I arrived and tried to check in around 11:30am. My room was almost ready. I had the hotel hold my bags and went to lunch. When I returned an hour later, my room was ready. 727. Room was clean and large, great view. Room and bathroom were well stocked. I did not need house keeping the 3 nights i stayed. I received a free drink ticket with my expedia booking. I went to the Beer Garden restaurant after a long tour day, and got the fish and chips and some sparkling wine. Definitely recommend the fish and chips. Overall, a great stay.

This place was absolutely fantastic, when I come back to Reykjavik I can’t even imagine trying to stay anywhere else, I don’t think anything could be better. Amazing cleaning staff, the best accommodations I have ever seen, you could spend a week here and be very busy within a 20 minute walking distance every single day.
