Basic for our needs although shower directly into room was a bit strange when travelling with my son and his friend. But value was good.

This hotel is perfect for 1 night when passing by in the neighborhood. Everything is very basic. Infront of the hotel you have a supermarket, gas station and some restaurants and shops.

To whom it may concern, My name is Richie Williams and as a company we regularly use Ibis Budget Hotel at Selestat. We have been coming here for many years now and I just wanted to write to say thank you to all who work there from the Manager to the Receptionist and even the housekeepers. We are always welcome at the Ibis on each visit and the rooms are always to a high standard of cleanliness as is the whole hotel. Your staff are a credit and asset to your company and I do not had a negative word to say against anyone. I just wish more hotel had such a high standard that you deliver here. Everyone is so polite and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. The standard of food at the breakfast is very good too and that area is kept very clean. Reception did not know the payment procedure and wanted me to pay the total again, despite showing him that I had already paid. Was sorted out by a manager but caused anxiety for about 15 minutes at the end of a very long day.
