Escape to our inviting and dog-friendly 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home located just 2 miles from the stunning beaches of Fenwick Island and Ocean City. This spacious retreat in Selbyville offers comfort, convenience, and lovely bayside breezes. Guests can bring up to 2 dogs and there is a non-refundable fee of $250 per dog.

Spread across three floors, our home features an elevator for easy access from the garage to the third floor, making it ideal for everyone. The second floor boasts a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, alongside a bedroom with 2 twins and a convenient powder room.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a slow-drip coffee machine and air fryer, perfect for preparing meals. Gather around the dining area and kitchen island for a home cooked meal and relax in the living room with two comfortable sofas and a large-screen TV.

Upstairs on the third floor, discover more sleeping quarters with a queen bedroom, a second primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and another king bedroom. Both the second and third floors feature decks with canal views, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Guests can take advantage of the nearby boat ramp (for a $5 fee per use) just minutes away. Although the property does not have a dock, guests are welcome to park their boats in the spacious driveway. Explore the best of coastal living with easy access to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches, watersports, fishing, dining, shopping, and family-friendly entertainment.

LINEN PACKAGE

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.


MISCELLANEOUS

-The maximum occupancy is 10 people.

-No smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.

Family Getaway

Great location close to Fenwick State Park beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. House was spotless, checkin-in process easy, linen and towels ready and waiting. Bedroom and bathroom configuration great for family ages 2-72. Seating in the living and dining area a little cramped for 6 adults and 3 children, but the spacious garage was a great place for rainy day play with cornhole game.

Great for our human family of 8 and 2 Golden Retrievers!

Excellent condition, great bedrooms ( 3 king bedrooms with en suite Plus two other bedrooms and bathrooms!), very well appointed kitchen with plenty of utensils, plates, knives, glass and cook ware. The ELEVATOR was a huge plus!
