This delightful 100² three-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city.
It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. On the ground floor, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a service bathroom available.
Upstairs, on the 1st floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms, with a comfortable double bed and many storage spaces each. A complete bathroom in the hallway with all the essentials to freshen up.
On the third floor, another charming bedroom includes a double bed and good space for organising. There is also another bathroom in this hall.
The house also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
