"SUPERB EXPERIENCE" MODERN VILLA, HUGE GARDEN, CLOSE TO VILLAGE
This property has been rented every summer since 2000, with very positive reviews (see www.provencemagique.com).
The villa reflects the character of the region, with large shuttered windows and local furnishings. It comprises a large (60 m2) south-facing drawing room with a huge French window. There is a separate dining area, which adjoins the kitchen. There are three double bed-rooms (one with twin beds) with direct access to two full bathrooms. The villa is fully furnished, including bed-linen, towels, crockery, table-ware and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and large refrigerator. There is a washing-machine in one of the bathrooms and a broadband WIFI and TV in the drawing room. (For winter guests, there is under-floor heating throughout the villa). The dining area has books for adults and children and there is a table-tennis table on the patio.
A new 10-metre heated pool with generous surround and pool-house adjoins the patio. The villa is set on an acre of lush terrain up the hill from the owner’s farmhouse. From the villa and its extensive patio, there is a commanding view of the village and the sweep of hills around it. The front of the villa faces South and enjoys sunshine from morning until evening. Surrounding the villa is an olive grove, and below it a series of grassy terraces fronted with stone walls characteristic of the region. There is easy access to the villa from the Route de Mons, and a large car park and recreational area leading up to the patio.
