Breakfast at the property is not kid friendly and does not offer much seating. It’s in a tight space where people check in and out in the lobby and not separate from that space. They have one large table with minimal seating. It felt quite unsanitary to see guests using the lobby seating area to eat. At 8:00am there wasn’t much available. Bananas were brown.
The property should place a quiet hour policy, which should include the use of the dish washer. Hotel rooms with the dish washers running in both rooms next to ours after midnight was quite loud, making it challenging for sleeping. It was hard to hear the TV.
The back door from lobby to parking presented as a safety concern. Anyone could walk through it, including anyone who wanted to help themselves to the “lobby breakfast” next to the door. As a parent, it made me feel uncomfortable knowing that this door was not secured, even at night. The front door is locked after 10pm, but this one exit door was not.
Beautiful rooms. Would have liked a tub for my toddler and if the hotel has a tub, I wish one would have been offered.
For a new hotel and the cost per night, you have to do better on guest experience.
