The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near the base of Thunder Mountain, a highly sought-after location in West Sedona. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are just minutes away.

Please note: Sedona enforces a 10 PM quiet time ordinance to ensure peaceful evenings for all.
Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a service available with LINKS transportation.

Please Note: There is a separate guest house on the property. Parking for the main two-bedroom home is located off the side street, Pastoral Drive. The private driveway leads directly to the front door and patio for easy access.

This was our first visit to Sedona and we could not have been more happy with Sedona Sweetness. The property description was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient to local sites and the porch and hot tub were a bonus. We cooked out every night and enjoyed the clear beautiful nights under the stars. Quaint, relaxing, enjoyable vaca

Our stay at Sedona Sweetness #2 was fantastic. The house was clean and very comfortable. It is not a large house. The kitchen and living areas are more than adequate, but not large. We had 2 couples and we stayed for 3 nights. We were gone all day, hiking and visiting many sights in the area. We ate our breakfasts and dinners at the house, either cooking or picking up from Nick's (yum!). Thoroughly enjoyed the clean hottub as well. It is so nice to return from a long day of walking, hiking, fun and relax in a clean, well-maintained hottub. Red Rocks Crossing trails were amazing, full of birds. We love birding! We also visited the Wetlands Preserve which was also full of birds. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals around the country, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in West Sedona. I loved that the house is located in a neighborhood. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the early morning and evening watching the birds, quail and javelinas. We did not spend time in the town of Sedona (too 'touristy' for us). I am so glad I booked this house in West Sedona, to get away from the tourist trap. Thank you for opening your house to us. The welcome gifts and bottle of wine were very thoughtful and a nice touch. Might be back one day.

Sedona hiking

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great location. It was in a cool neighborhood of small homes, close to downtown but far enough so there was no traffic noise. You can walk to some hikes and a short drive to many of the iconic hikes. Met the owners who were very nice. I would stay there again.
