Updated - Casita Tranquila in popular West Sedona

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, grocery stores, trail heads and bike/jeep rental locations. Very comfortable guest quarters in which to unwind after your day's activities. Full size refrigerator with cooking facilities so you can prepare your own food if you'd rather not eat out. Kitchen is equipped with basic dishes and cooking utensils. Several eateries are within a 5 minute walk. Multiple restaurants and 4 grocery stores within a 5 minute drive.

Your private entry is glass French doors at the end of the driveway. Entry door will have your private code so you won't have to keep track of keys.

Front patio area is available so you can enjoy hummingbird visitors and the gorgeous Sedona stars and sky.

Cleaning is done using Norwex products - which are infused with silver - so surfaces are disinfected while they are cleaned. No chemical products are used. The mat inside the door catches toxins carried from outside. Air is filtered by Aerus Air Purifier which uses NASA Technology for eliminating toxins.

Leslie‘s really available, great communicator. The space is great. And the location is fantastic. There are some quirky things about the place, like the kitchen sink gets water all over the counter because of the way it’s designed — but it’s a wonderful place to stay and covers all the basics. The room was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen made things easy! Leslie had a big jug of reverse osmosis water for me to use during my stay, and left me a sweet treat to enjoy on arrival. Excellent Stay

I had a very stress free stay at Leslie's. She was very communicative and made the check in process a breeze. The apartment was small but was perfect for my 2 night stay. It had everything I needed, including wonderful touirst references from Leslie. Everything i wanted to see was a 10-15 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again!

Sedona Casita

This is a lovely attached garage conversion into a casita. Quiet neighborhood. Near to the main street into Sedona proper but without the noise of traffic. King bed, small kitchen with full size refrigerator. hot plate, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The owner has provided portable lounge chairs, cooler and umbrellas for picnics. This is a dark sky area and there are chairs outside for sky viewing.The unit is attached to the main house with locked double doors which allows for sound and smells to go from the main house and casita back and forth. That is drawback. There are no public chargers for electric vehicles in Sedona. Advise the owner is you wish to plug in during your stay.

Great Location

This W Sedona home is conveniently located near great restaurants and wonderful places to visit. The room is quite comfortable and the kitchen is adequate if you are not planning to cook anything. There is a 2-burner hot plate which I used to boil water for tea.Our host was very helpful and we enjoyed our time in Sedona.

The prettiest spot we could’ve gotten!

What a perfect place to stay for our first time in Sedona! Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet with lots of hummingbirds and songbirds. Our host, Leslie was spectacular. We rented a car and most of the destinations we went to were less than 5 minutes away. Hoping to be back next year!

Great home base for hiking in Sedona

Great location & amenities!

We stayed for a few days and wanted something close to central Sedona for hiking and shopping. This place was perfect! In a quiet neighborhood with great amenities and everything we needed to get a good night’s rest, with a well stocked kitchenette to heat up any leftovers or make our own food, and a nice bathroom that suited our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
