Fantastic hotel with caring staff. We had an issue with our AC but the lady in charge went above and beyond to get it sorted. You could tell it was genuine care too. Fantastic location and views are wonderful. Bed really comfy.

The room while not huge, was very well appointed, had a great view of the mountains right out the balcony, was updated very nicely and had free parking. We used the pool and hot tub, which were beautiful and quiet. Eateries and shopping are very close and convenient. The decor is modern and the bathroom was very well designed. The area for luggage was the best I've experienced, with a roomy shelf for suitcases to be utilized easily. We loved Sedona and would highly recommend the Matterhorn.

The hours of lobby are not great for getting breakfast or coffee items if you have an early start. 8 am is too late and we picked a place that included breakfast and both days we could not benefit from it as we wanted to hit the trials early. I feel like our value for the cost wasn’t there.

Excellent Accommodation in Sedona

The Matterhorn couldn’t have been more perfect for us! Comfortable, spacious, quiet, and attractive room with a great view and excellent location. We did use the hot tub in the very nice pool area following a hike. The grab and go breakfast was adequate for our needs. We would definitely stay again!

Office not open 24 hours. They offer a free breakfast, however it is only available from 8 to 9 am. And, it is only yogurt and granola bars. Bed was comfortable but sloped too one side. No door to the toilet.
