This Prickly Pear option features a two-story home that includes the Prickly Pear Penthouse upstairs and a completely private, handicap-accessible King Suite on the lower level. The home is located right on Main Street in Historic Old Town Cottonwood, just steps from wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, and shopping yet far enough to ensure quite tranquility when in the home.

Upstairs you’ll enjoy a fully private 2-bedroom, 1-bath penthouse. Both bedrooms feature super-comfortable king-size beds with crisp 100% cotton linens and four king pillows per bed. Gleaming hardwood floors run throughout the space, which is light, bright, and beautifully maintained. The luxury spa bathroom includes a large walk-in tiled shower, double vanities, and plush spa-quality towels.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and everything you need—plates, cookware, utensils, paper products, blender, full-size coffee maker, toaster, margarita and wine glasses, and more.

Downstairs, you’ll have a completely private King Suite featuring a king-size bed, full-size sleeper sofa, large living and dining area, full bathroom, and kitchenette. It truly is a suite fit for a King (or Queen), complete with its own private entrance and handicap accessibility. A large shared laundry room in the building is also available for your use.

We also rent out the front 2-bedroom home, so the backyard and parking area may be shared. If you’d like full privacy, you can add it to your booking and enjoy exclusive use of the entire property.

Please note: The Prickly Pear Penthouse is accessed by an exterior flight of stairs, so guests must be able to climb stairs.
