Poor service and communication.

Although advertised there was WIFI and Internet, no Internet or very slow and not much use. the lock on shower room door didn't work, these were reported to owner but, nothing done. All I got was excuses and promises to rectify the problems but, nothing done. Had to phone contact number about entry key, tried the key safe but didn't work. We weren't told the key safe with correct combination was at back of cottage. In this day and age, the Internet is everyones number 1 priority, I for one am fed up of being promised there is WiFi and Internet to then find out there is no Internet connection.
