I love this place the area isn’t the best but then you are staying in a big city so you know what you are getting into!! This place though is worth it!! The staff is amazing and so kind!! They are also super helpful! Every question answered was professional and in the best interest of the guest not looking to up charge or a big tip!! This is my go-to place to stay in Seattle!!

Loved the theme and general quirkiness relative to the more mainstream brands. Common area with board games and loan bikes were nice touches. Also being able to trade your drinks coaster for a drink during your stay. Bright artwork, walls - just great. Very central to all attractions that we visited - Space Needle, Pike Street market, Dale Chihuly exhibition.

Customer Service that surpasses ANY expectations.

When it comes to customer service and going way above and beyond, this property and especially Reece are absolutely beyond compare. We had a situation come up that was unexpected and the care that we received was unbelievable. We give this place a million stars and will only stay here from here on out.

Less than expected…sigh

Suggested by friends, we booked Hotel 5 on their recommendation…not impressed. Checkin was wonderful…the desk clerk was fun and very informative. We got top floor as requested…and their suite at that! The pics on the website looked great. …I think the pics must have been old ones. The upholstery on the hideaway sofa was badly soiled and the sitting room was bleak with lack of decor. We didn’t use that room at all during our stay. There were 2 chairs in the bedroom of the suite; that is where we sat (dark upholstery didn’t show any visible soiling but was but was covered in what we think was dog hair from previous visitors) we cleaned them with a damp cloth as best we could. Coffee maker leaked but we were unable to even call front desk….we had to shlep down to the lobby when we needed something as the Everything Person button didn’t work on either phone. Overall, we thought the room overpriced for service only every 2nd day and under maintained and cleaned.

Super cute hotel for our quick stay. I loved that it was dog friendly and there were cute pups everywhere. Staff is super nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

Eclectic and welcoming! I highly recommend staying here- the workers are friendly, the room was clean, and the decor is super fun. Everything is pineapples and colorful which I loved. Additionally, I loved that they provide a lot of complimentary items including a free beverage, a reusable water bottle, and unlimited water/sparkling water/hot water. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was really nice. The staff was friendly and the sugar cookies at the front desk were great. Rooms were clean and the sheets are so soft. I would definitely stay here again.
