We loved the cute decor and convenient location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was not hard to locate upon arrival and the garage wasn't crowded and seemed safe. Area surrounding also safe for big city. Fridge upon request.

When we checked in they clerk said there was an additional $20+ amenitity fee. This was not on the order and was not on the email sent from Expedia. The clerk said they would take it off the bill. When I checked out this morning, a different clerk tried to bill my credit card for the amenity fee again. This feels like fraud.

We loved our stay. Even though we booked last minute, the price was great and the location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything and an easy walk to the hockey game, which made the night so much easier. Every staff member we talked to was incredibly kind and had great recommendations for bars and food nearby. We were so grateful when they surprised us with early check in, especially since we arrived about five hours early. I was honestly really impressed with this hotel for the price point. Everything felt very clean, updated, and comfortable. The complimentary drink was such a nice touch and a great way to start our evening. The bedding was also amazing, super soft and high quality. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Seattle.
