The facility was great. My complaints are with the staff, they were not friendly or welcoming at all and when I asked for some clean towels on day 3, I was told if they had time. They never did bring them. I definitely left feeling like I had been underserved.

The room was quite dirty, we had a king suite. Check-in was a bit chaotic. No one seemed to know what was going on, the kid that was at the front counter was very unprofessional. We had our luggage held for us and he didn’t even assist us in getting it to our room, he just stood in the doorway texting.. we asked him to schedule his schedule for us. And in the morning, they had no shuttle for us saying that he never did it...

Staff were amazing! The showers in the room had hair in it . A used towel behind the door . Breakfast was great besides potatoes being in the same container as the pork so the contestation contaminates the potatoes
