Room was fine..but have to pay USD 76 if you want it serviced. I think a stay pf two weeks should have towels and bedding changed once for free..wall are thin, too much noise. Can hear conversations and music..TV lost signal 4 times and TV is too complicated, have to sign into apps. I'd rather just have free live TV. Staff were nice..the entry system works..bed comfortable. The price was good when booked through Expedia..not so good when I needed two extra nights..

Enjoyable stay in Capitol Hill. Room was clean and comfortable and had all the required amenities. Sound proofing was not the best, but ear plugs were provided.

No elevator!

The area of the place is not good very dirty and overcrowded. Not safe if traveling solo. The worst part there is no elevator it was so exhausting carrying our luggage to up to the 6 floor! Finding parking was also such an issue! The room very small! I would not recommend it save yourself stress and get a place with an elevator and cleaner area.

The property is very clean and cozy. You can store luggage after checking out and there is a lounge with a restroom. This is very convenient for me since my flight is at night! The staff is very friendly on chat too! One thing that can be improved is to have at least one staff staying over night for solving issues such as noise complaint!

Great value for money and excellent location. Even without active service staff, I had no trouble accessing my room or other amenities. One minor quibble: since the room did not have a table and chair to sit at, it would be nice to have a lounge in each floor.

My partner and I recently stayed for 4 nights at this hotel in a room with a queen-sized bed (160 sq ft), and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The space was modern and clean when we arrived, and we were really impressed with how fresh and well-maintained everything appeared. However, as we unpacked, we realized the room felt a bit cramped with all of our belongings. If space is important to you, it might be worth splurging on a larger room. The staff was amazing—super friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. We really appreciated their hospitality. The location was fantastic. It’s super walkable, with plenty of food spots and shops around, making it easy to grab a bite or do a little shopping on foot. Plus, it’s only about a 10-minute drive to downtown Seattle. All in all, we had a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a convenient, modern, and comfortable base while visiting Seattle. Just be mindful of the room size if you're traveling with a lot of stuff!

The room was gorgeous, small but big enough for my husband and I to share the space easily. Very central location to everything Seattle has to offer - overall a great place to stay! Just make sure to check on the parking availability and rules for all options so you’re prepared

Does property was very clean, but the rooms are too small way too small. The shower is right next to the bed. It doesn’t make no sense. It’s way too small for me. At least other people. I talked to there. They were very disappointed as well. There’s no microwave at all in the whole facility to warm up your food And the room that you can chill in before you can check in has one table and one couch people were crammed. I will not be staying there again. It’s very clean and very nice but too small.

Absolutely easy and breezy. I love that I didn’t have to talk to one person. My access code immediately worked when it was time to check in and all I ever had to do was tap my phone on the key pad for the building and my room. The room was the perfect size, the shower was great with good water pressure, and I loved the amount of mirrors. I was actually surprised how comfortable the bed was. I slept so well!
