I booked this hotel because of past excellent experience with Marriott and closeness to University. However, my keycard was not activated and I was stuck in underground parking with no way to get out except to walk up the stairs with my bags and out to the street and around the block back to the main door. All doors except the one to the street were locked and inaccessible without keycard. This to me is a serious health and safety issue.

Staff was friendly, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was nice. Only one elevator to the guest rooms was working, which wasn’t really an issue, it just made for longer waits during breakfast time.
