Likes- friendly service from both receptionists. Cleaning ladies wete greeting and helpful. Dislikes- pool was closed even though it stated it was open May- on, arriving the next room was loud and screaming things like " oh you get lots of money for this," the room upstairs from us could be heard walkjng. Yes just walking around, squeeking floor boards and all, dirty walls, slow draining shower, pillows were smelly, and the whirlpool had black soot at the bottom that was never atteneded too. Yes, I did mention all above to the front desk whom quickly stated it would be handled. When we returned and told it was better, it was not!

Great value for the hotel. Easy to find and a great location. We stayed and travelled into the ball games at T-Mobile Park and it was about 25-30 minutes drive. Breakfast is basic, waffles and toasted items, yogurt and juices/milk, fruit, but was nice to have. Pool not open til late May, but hot tub was nice. Get 15% off at the Pancake House on property. Would definitely stay again...

Overall, the property was decent. My only issue was that our room was never cleaned. We asked for our garbage to be removed and the floor to be vacuumed. Nothing else. We had to ask a few times for that to happen. The front desk staff were really great. The coffee machine was my favourite. Definitely a decent place to stay.

This inn was not the best inn I have been in, but the staff was fantastic, everyone was friendly and made the inn look and feel much better than what it is. I would definitely visit this place again.
