No Housekeeping for 4 days

We stayed for 4 nights and never once saw anyone from house keeping. They were supposed to come after the 2nd night but never showed. I even called the next morning to see if they could come empty the trash. The front desk said they would send someone but never did. Disappointing. The good: Quiet room, comfortable beds.

Lovely area and the hotel was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room did not work and there was no mattress in the pull out couch so my son had to sleep on top of the couch cushions which was not comfortable at all.

Bathroom floor and remote were sticky, room had an overwhelming fragrance in it--cold outside but kept window open so we could breath. There were small personal items from previous guests in room (nail glue, eyelash curler) that showed cleaning was sub-par. Bed wasn't terrible, but could feel springs.
