No Root Sports

The problem we had was there was only one caffeine coffee pod in the room. (2 people) . Why? No one ever knocked on the door to see if we needed anything. We don't mind using the same towels every 2 days, but again no one checked to see if we needed more towels, shampoo, etc. To me, that does not rate 5 stars for service. I will say, the breakfast was nice. But if you stay in the Seattle area, you should at least get Root sports oin your cable package. That brings the rating down also.

Was glad staff got us in our room at 2pm after a long day finishing a cruise. However, property definitely needs a make over. Halls were dim and had a mild odor, bathroom light flickered. Key card kept not working. Breakfast was nice and airport shuttle was prompt.
