The lobby was beautiful but the rooms were old and run down. Outside windows filthy and need a good cleaning. Everything is really old and needs an update. The front desk did not give any instructions on WiFi and actually called our room at 11:30 the next morning asking if we were aware of the check out time at noon. Completely inappropriate.

Jose shuttle driver is the best. He is respectful. All the shuttle driver are nice but we love Jose. Maria, the Filipina lady is very knowledgeable in the area. The breakfast was excellent only i could not eat knowing i will eat a lot outside. I like also the coffee station. I didn’t like is our room is always at the end of the hallway. They should put us to nearer front desk. We are 63 years old, we don’t like long walk anymore.
