A piece of serenity right in the middle of the city. This stylish home is the perfect package for your friends and family! A light-filled sunroom connected to the dinning space all overlooking the private oasis of the backyard. The incredible upper level boasts vaulted ceilings, office space and a stunning primary suite and a deck perfect for morning coffee. Bonus point, you are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants & grocery stores!

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious at 1560 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with a few steps to entrance.

**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Main entrance, half bathroom(sink + toilet), kitchen, dining, sunroom, living room with smart TV (Netflix connected). Sofa bed that sleeps one.
• Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom w/bathtub, laundry. Portable AC in the summer.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/ queen size bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower. Portable AC in the summer.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• The hot tub in the backyard is not in service and is not advertised as part of this rental.
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Mariners and Mom’s Day

Quick, fun trip to Seattle for a mariners game and Mother’s Day. The location was great and close to our activities. Parking spot in driveway instead of on street was nice. The house was clean and plenty of space with three levels. The sun room was great to have coffee in the morning. Cute coffee shop just two blocks away for a quick walk. It did get pretty warm upstairs, but air conditioners helped.

Property was good. The issue we had was while preparing to leave we uncovered the master mattress which was covered in old urine stains. After looking at it and knowing i slept on it for 2 nights i almost got sick. Such a disappointing end to a family weekend with my adult children

If your looking for the perfect pre or post cruise stay look no further. The house was beautiful, location was perfect and the host was amazing. Nice home, but not ready for visitors

The property has great potential for a cozy visit to Seattle. We were visiting to attend a couple of sporting events, and were close to all the venues as well as downtown Seattle. Amenities listed at the property were not functional. The hot tub does not work, the fireplace did not work, and there was a problem with the hot water. The property manager sent someone to fix the fireplace, but the problem was not able to be repaired during our stay. They also sent a handyman to look at the hot water, but again it was not a problem that was able to be repaired while we were there. Hot water is essential.

We were in town for a few days after our cruise. This house was centrally located. An Amazon Fresh is up the street for a grocery store. The house is stocked with everything you need. The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns.
