The listing was inaccurate about parking, it's actually first come first serve street parking, not included. It also is misleading about the actual type of dwelling it is. It's like a dorm or hostel with a detached bathroom. It's also incredibly loud, combine this with wooden floors and a dog who can't sleep at night and you also won't be able to sleep at night. Ultimately we ended up not even staying the second night of our reservation because we were so out of by the entire experience.

Bed was a foam mattress on the floor-uncomfortable for me. Excessive lighting outside windows at night with inadequate shades to block out. 2 of 3 windows without screens. Pillows were to full and firm, I had to use a thinner throw pillow. Bathroom appeared to be connected on website, but is adjacent and also has an electronic lock, which gets a bit annoying in the middle of the night. Other occupants were quite loud past quiet hours. And if you stay for one night, it’s actually only 19 hours due to check in at 3pm and check out at 10a. Kitchen is shared which also can be awkward. No parking unless you get lucky enough to find one on the street that does not have special restrictions. Weather was warm but open windows did not cool down room until well into the night. I wouldn’t stay there again for the price and what it included. Vince was nice and very responsive though but I didn’t complain much since I was only there for one night.

Room was cold heater is above where you sleep, hot air rises and your cold all night Not much sound privacy. You can hear everyone in other rooms, tv , talking, getting out of bed
