From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff truly deserve a shoutout—they were warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. The amenities are outstanding and thoughtfully designed. The modern fitness center, beautifully maintained common areas, and well-equipped spaces made the stay both comfortable and convenient. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and stylish, with great attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is another major highlight—perfectly situated in South Lake Union, close to dining, shopping, and key Seattle attractions, while still feeling calm and relaxing. Overall, this was a top-tier hotel experience. I would highly recommend Level Seattle Downtown to anyone visiting Seattle, whether for business or leisure. So many amenities. Basketball court was a particular hit. Climbing wall is very cool but could use some additional maintenance as holds at the top (admittedly accessible only to experienced climbers were noted to be somewhat loose).

Clean rooms, comfortable beds (not pillow top, but comfortable), great amenities. A big plus was that i rarely heard anything outside the room while I was in it, maybe because this is newer building, but never heard people in the hall, of through the wall from other rooms. The staff was courteous and helpful.
