It is like a furnished suite with lots of amenities, we used the indoor pool, steam room, hot tub, gym, basketball court, and Karaoke room. Oh, we used the kitchen to cook 4 meals.

Level is home away from home

Level is home away from home! I stayed in Level LA and loved it. This location is just as great. Perfect stay! Clean and spacious. Very comfortable with great amenities, from heated outdoor pool (opened in the winter), jacuzzi, marketplace, awesome full size gym, karaoke room and a huge family gathering space with loungers, Tv, full kitchens. It’s a great location! Recommend 100%

I stayed at this Hotel and I was treated unfair. I had brought to the attention that when I arrived in my room, the appliances were not clean. I took photos and sent it to the front desk. The next day I was bitten by something as is a pet friendly community as a did not accommodate me with any changes to make me comfortable . I traveled with my kids and be had to experience this. They are very unsupportive and don’t care about their customers. I would think twice about booking here

Best stay in Seattle!

We love Seattle and have now stayed at the Level several times. The location is great and it's so upscale! This time we came out for New Years at the Needle and requested a room with view of the city or the needle if possible. We were placed in the best suite possible! While it was not front and center it was visible from our bedroom and the balcony, just perfect! The front desk is always so friendly and helpful too! Love the parking and what we love the most is that the suite is equipped with everything so, if you just want a night in you can cook and watch movies if you want. Just perfect!

My stay, for the most part was fantastic. Favorite area was the doggie area. It was my first time traveling with my puppy and the convenience of having that area in the building, was great. I did have a constant issue with my key card working everywhere except my condo door. The staff was quick and helpful getting me new keycards, but the inconvenience of taking at least 5 extra trips down to the lobby desk, was a little pesky.

The property was extremely nice. The rooms had sound proof windows, so they were very quiet in a very busy area. The amenities were excellent and the staff was nice. The only issue I had is there was a stain on one of the comforters of the beds, which first of all is kind of gross. We didn't realize until the next day, and we weren't really in the room all night, it definitely wasn't something we created. I showed a picture of it to the check out attendant, and wasn't offered any kind of credit or consolation. For the price of the rooms and the luxury aspect of the place, I would have expected more.

It is good place with family. Outdoor pool and indoor pool are big. Indoor can use 24hours. Also, it is really good location. Close by shopping mall and landmark places. (Walkable distance) . Whole food is 2mins away. Everything was good.
